Opened in 1908, Rose's provides seasonal favorites including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, apples, peaches, and pumpkins.

RBF is also known for our Breakfast-With-A-View.

 

In 2018, owner Sandi Rose sold 50 acres of the farm to the Town of Glastonbury, for Open Space. Our neighbor, Belltown Hill Orchards will continue to farm this "back half" of the land which is contiguous to their farm, keeping it "Green and Growing"!   

In 2022, owner Sandi Rose sold Rose's Berry Farm to The Gondek Family. They have plans to continue the Rose legacy. The Gondek Family has made the farm pesticide and round up free. Pick your own berries is offered when in season. They hope to be able to run the farm as the Rose family did, but at this time the Town of Glastonbury has taken over their infrastructure needed to survive and thrive. The Gondek Family had plans to sell the development rights to the town so the remaining Roses land can be preserved forever. Any support would be appreciated moving forward, reach out to learn more! The Gondek Family has been in town for 6 generations. They have a focus in sustainable farming, an inclusive community and farm education.  We have markets events planned and hope to see everyone on the farm!
